The 全球的护照 program offers incoming students a chance to "internationalize" their academic experience during their very first year at St. 约翰的. Through the 全球的护照 program, you’ll fulfill one of your required first-year courses, but in a completely innovative 和 comparative way, while studying with top professors who will incorporate the historic 和 cultural treasures of 罗马 和 巴黎 into their New York semester courses in order to bring the curriculum alive.

The Core Curriculum—in New York 和 Abroad. You’ll apply to take a core class that interests you (as you would normally), 和 the bulk of your course will take place in New York during the regular fall or spring semester. 然而, your class in NYC will be different from sections that your peers may be taking, engaging the world through comparative readings 和 projects that prepare for your time in Europe. At the conclusion of the term—fall courses travel in January 和 spring courses in May—you will live 和 study in 罗马 or 巴黎 for 7 days with the same students 和 faculty, bringing your semester’s work to life through h和s-on exploration of the sites 和 themes that you've engaged all term. You’ll also receive an additional credit to represent your hard work while abroad.
For 2024年秋季, students in the School of Education have the option to enroll in EDU 1000 with the 全球的护照 program to 罗马; for Spring 2025, STEM students have the option to enroll in 生物2000 with the 全球的护照 program to 巴黎.

Application deadlines
2024年秋季 & 2025年春季计划：
- Applications are open for 2024年秋季, 和 Spring 2025 applications will open by May 1.
- The Fall program is finalized.

$750* (No, really… it’s 只有750美元!). A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
